In my opinion, I think that Transantiago is more better than the pre-Transantiago system. For example, the drivers were intolerant with all the students. Previously, the bus stop were not established, the bus drivers could operate with open doors, and that was so dangerous.

For me, the new transport system, Transantiago, is good. I like it.
Transantiago is better than before because first, there were very few buses, the people could not use Transantiago and the Metro was colapsed.

I think the Transantiago should increase the frequency of buses, improve the cleanliness of them and that there must be a system so that all passengers get paid the passage
